Arriving alongside the album announcement is the first single and video Let’s Keep Dancing. Discussing the new track, Emilíana reveals;
“We had found a letter from a friend of Miss Flowers called Harold Prieto. I found out Harold and Miss Flower used to work together. He was a photographer and a musician in Trinidad, and she was working for a Caribbean magazine. With the letter we found a cassette with one of his songs on it. We had a listen and I decided our song would be about the last meeting of two lovers, the last dance, the last night. Simon found a way to slot a part of Harold´s song and voice into ours. Harold is now featured on the song. We didn’t know what had come of him, Zoe looked for over two years for him to no avail, then finally mail arrived and it was Harold. We could not believe it. It was pure joy.”
Let’s Keep Dancing is available to stream now.
